Role & responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience in Healthcare Analytics, Data Analytics, Health Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering analytics solutions in complex healthcare environments.
• Experience working with healthcare claims, clinical, utilization, provider, population health, or health outcomes data.
• Demonstrated success working in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Python, R, SAS, or other analytical tools.
• Hands-on experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Understanding of healthcare data models, claims analytics, population health analytics, and risk stratification methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application within healthcare analytics.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems is advantageous.
• Strong data storytelling and presentation skills
• Analyzing healthcare datasets to identify trends, risks, cost drivers, and utilization opportunities.
• Delivering and optimizing healthcare analytics solutions from implementation through post-launch support.
