Job summary

Adani Group seeks a Lead - CX to own and coordinate testing and commissioning activities for data centre projects. You will develop testing plans and work with engineers, quality teams, design and engineering to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities include managing the testing team, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, conducting risk assessments, and documenting results for records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• 12-15 years in commissioning domain
• 5-6 years in Data Centres industry
• Proven track record in testing and commissioning activities
• Certification: CDCP preferred

Responsibilities

• Owns T&C activities per schedule and ensures timely RFS.
• Manages testing and commissioning team & activities to align with project requirements and standards.
• Develops and implements comprehensive testing and commissioning plans.
• Collaborates with project stakeholders to align schedules and activities.
• Conducts risk assessments and implements mitigation strategies.
• Ensures compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Documents testing results and prepares detailed reports for records.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Ownership: Owing T&C activities as per the schedule and ensuring RFS in timely fashion.
• Coordination: Manage the testing and commissioning team & activities, ensuring they align with project requirements and industry standards.
• Plan Development: Preparing & Implementing comprehensive testing and commissioning plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project stakeholders to align schedules and activities.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Work Experience: 12-15 years of experience in the commissioning domain and 5 to 6 years in Data Centres industry Proven track record in testing and commissioning activities Experience in coordinating and leading testing teams Certification: CDCP certified data center professional (Preferred)
