AtkinsRéalis Bengaluru, India, seeks a qualified CA/CMA with 3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance to lead GST compliance and tax reporting. You will manage end-to-end GST returns, ITC reconciliations, export/import documentation, and liaise with GST auditors and stakeholders.

Strong Excel skills, Tally experience, and ERP knowledge are essential. Effective communication and analytical abilities are required. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/CMA with 3 years of experience in accounts and finance.
• Strong knowledge of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, TDS, GST and statutory compliances.
• Hands-on experience in Tally Accounting Software.
• Basic working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience with GST compliance, refunds and reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end GST compliance including monthly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6 and GSTR-6A).
• Perform ITC reconciliations between GSTR-2B, ECL and books for accurate GST claims.
• Coordinate annual GST returns and audits (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C) with auditors and stakeholders.
• Prepare data and documents for GST audits, assessments, and notices.
• Manage GST refunds processes and eBRC export documentation.
• Collaborate with tax advisors for refunds filings and regulatory responses.
• Reconcile export vs domestic revenue, GST liabilities and statutory books.
• Compute monthly TDS liability and file quarterly E-TDS returns.

Your role

About you

• Qualified CA/CMA with 3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances.
• Hands-on experience in Tally Accounting Software.
• Basic working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• TAX Compliance, Refunds & Reconciliation
• Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including preparation and timely filing of monthly GST returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6, and GSTR-6A, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of Input Tax Credit (ITC) between GSTR-2B, Electronic Credit Ledger (ECL), and books of accounts, ensuring accuracy of GST claims and resolution of discrepancies.
• Lead the preparation, coordination, and filing of annual GST returns and audit compliances, including GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C, in liaison with GST auditors and statutory stakeholders.
• Prepare and collate data, records, and supporting documentation required for GST departmental audits, assessments, notices, and investigations, including DRC-01, ADT-01, and other statutory submissions.
• GST refund processes, including preparation and validation , ensuring completeness of turnover and input tax credit documentation.
• Generate, validate, and maintain export-related compliance documents, including eBRCs from the DGFT portal and FIRC correlation statements, to support GST refund and export compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with external consultants and tax advisors for GST refund filings, audit matters, notices, appeals, and regulatory correspondence, ensuring timely responses and successful closure of cases.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of export and domestic revenue, GST liabilities, and statutory books to ensure accurate tax reporting, compliance, and financial integrity.
• Managed monthly TDS liability computation, ensured accurate tax deductions and remittances, and completed quarterly E-TDS return filing within prescribed deadlines
