Job Purpose: Lead - Contract Administration is responsible for executing plans, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The Lead oversees the preparation, review, and modification of contracts, and works closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that contracts are aligned with project goals and timelines. Additionally, the Lead provides guidance and support to team members to ensure efficient contract management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• - Proven expertise in contract administration within the commercial real estate industry, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
• - At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects in commercial construction, including hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
• - Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.

Educational Background

• - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• - Master’s degree in Business Administration or Contract Management is preferred.

Years & Type of Experience

• - 15+ years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on commercial real estate projects.
• - Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the construction of hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.

Domain Expertise

• - In-depth knowledge of contract management principles and practices specific to commercial real estate.
• - Expertise in handling contracts related to city-side development projects, including hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.

Digital & Operational Tools

• - Proficiency in contract management software such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Contract Management.
• - Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• - Experience with analytics platforms for tracking contract performance metrics.
