Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or solution leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading or supporting Source‑to‑Pay transformation and platform implementation programs.
• Experience in consulting, advisory, or client‑facing delivery environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders across procurement, finance, IT, and operations to understand objectives, gaps, and priorities.
• Design end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay solution architecture covering Sourcing to Payment processes.
• Translate requirements into scalable designs aligned with enterprise standards.
• Define integration architecture between S2P platforms and ERP/finance/supplier systems using APIs, EDI, and cXML.
• Lead architecture discussions, blueprinting, and design governance across S2P programs.
• Support platform implementations across SAP Ariba, SAP S/4 Procurement, Oracle, Ivalua, Jaggaer, or GEP.

Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant – Source-to-Pay Solution Architect

Role Summary

We are seeking a consulting‑oriented Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant – Source-to-Pay Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end S2P solutions for clients. This role will align procurement business processes with enterprise technology platforms, helping organizations transform sourcing, contracting, procurement, invoicing, and payment operations through scalable architecture, process standardization, and digital enablement.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise across the S2P lifecycle, strong architecture capabilities, and hands‑on experience with leading procurement platforms and ERP integrations. This role requires a client‑facing consultant who can translate business requirements into practical solution designs, guide implementation teams, and act as a trusted advisor to procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders across procurement, finance, IT, and operations to understand business objectives, process gaps, and transformation priorities.


• Design end-to‑end Source‑to‑Pay solution architecture spanning Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Procure‑to‑Pay, Accounts Payable, and payment‑related processes.


• Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs aligned with client operating models and enterprise architecture standards.


• Define integration architecture between S2P platforms and ERP, finance, supplier, and third‑party systems using APIs, middleware, EDI, and cXML‑based approaches.


• Lead architecture discussions, solution blueprinting, and design governance across S2P transformation and implementation programs.


• Support platform implementation activities across tools such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4 Procurement, Sirion, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Ivalua, Jaggaer, or GEP.


• Drive process standardization, automation, and best practice adoption across sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract management, purchasing, invoicing, and payment workflows.


• Ensure procurement controls, compliance requirements, approval structures, and auditability are built into the solution design.


• Define and support data architecture considerations related to supplier master data, catalog data, contract data, and procurement transactions.


• Develop high‑level and low‑level design artifacts, solution flows, integration designs, and implementation guidance for delivery teams.


• Advise clients on cloud architecture, SaaS platform adoption, scalability, security, and performance optimization within S2P environments.


• Identify opportunities to enable digital capabilities such as AI/ML for spend analytics and supplier risk, RPA for invoice and workflow automation, and analytics dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.


• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business analysts, architects, engineers, implementation partners, and client leadership to ensure successful delivery.


• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders including CPO, Finance, and IT leaders by providing structured recommendations, risk assessments, and solution guidance.


• Contribute to consulting assessments, transformation roadmaps, implementation planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, Source‑to‑Pay, ERP, or related enterprise transformation domains.


• 3–5 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or solution leadership roles.


• Proven experience leading or supporting Source‑to‑Pay transformation and platform implementation programs.


• Experience working in consulting, advisory, or client‑facing delivery environments is strongly preferred.

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage procurement, finance, IT, and executive leadership teams.


• Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills.


• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and solution evaluation capability.


• Ability to lead cross‑functional programs and influence teams in complex client environments.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in S2P platforms such as SAP Ariba, Sirion, or Oracle Procurement Cloud.


• Experience with ESG, supplier risk, or third‑party risk tools.


• Exposure to global procurement compliance, controls, and regulatory environments.
