Job summary

Genpact invites applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Saviynt Info Sec Engineer in Bengaluru. The L3 Saviynt Engineer will own advanced Saviynt IGA configuration, integrations, and complex workflows while working closely with security stakeholders to ensure governance and compliance.

You will provide L3 incident ownership, perform deep root-cause analysis, and support production deployments, upgrades, and hotfixes. Strong Saviynt experience and IAM knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/IT or related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISSP-related programs, and Security+.
• Saviynt IGA experience is essential and a strong IAM foundation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Saviynt engineering & customization (L3 scope).
• End-to-end Saviynt IGA configuration including workflows, rules, tasks, roles & policies.
• Design and implement complex workflows for access requests, approvals & life cycle events.
• Configure and troubleshoot Saviynt connectors (AD, Azure AD, LDAP, cloud/SaaS, ServiceNow).
• Develop and support advanced use cases for JML, access certifications & SoD policies.
• L3 support & incident ownership; act as escalation point for Saviynt production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for platform/workflow/connector failures; handle incidents & data issues end-to-end.
• Support production deployments, upgrades & hotfixes; contribute to documentation & knowledge sharing.
• Access Governance & Compliance: implement attestations, SoD, risk controls; support SOX audits.
• Integration & Technical Enablement: onboard systems, use REST/JSON, issue troubleshooting.

The L3 Saviynt Engineer is responsible for advanced configuration, customization, troubleshooting and operational support of the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. This role serves as the highest technical support tier (L3) for Saviynt owning complex issues, integrations and enhancements while working closely with security application and audit stakeholders.

• Develop and supportadvanced use casesfor Joiner Mover Leaver(JML) access certifications and role engineering

• Act as L3 escalation pointfor Saviynt production issues

  • Support data aggregation identity warehouse issues and entitlement mappings
• Documentation & Knowledge Enablement
  • Create and maintain L3 runbooks SO Ps and technical documentation
  • Provide guidance and technical mentoring to L2 engineers
  • Participate in design reviews and recommend platform best practices
