The Axial Programme will be powered by S/4HANA a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system which will be implemented right across the organisation and will provide our business with standardised processes, improved financial management, common data and real time reporting, transforming the way we work through our entire supply chain - from bench to patient.
The new system will be used by more than 20,000 employees daily, is foundational to all AZ entities and is central to most core business processes. This is a once in a generation programme for AstraZeneca and will shape our ways of working globally for many years to come.

The S/4HANA & Indirect Procurement IT Business Analyst plays a meaningful role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of AstraZeneca's global procurement platforms and processes. Working within the Procurement and Enterprise Technology organisation, the role supports the analysis, documentation, testing, deployment and optimisation of solutions across SAP S/4HANA and associated non-SAP procurement applications.
The Business Analyst will partner with Product Managers, Product Experts, Enterprise Business Partners and business partners to understand business requirements, document functional needs, support process harmonisation and ensure solutions are aligned with AstraZeneca's global standards and fit-to-standard principles.
The role supports activities across the end-to-end Source-to-Pay and Supplier Collaboration landscape, including SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Accounts Payable processes as well as key procurement applications such as Coupa, One Network, CyberGrants, IQVIA, Taulia, Workday and Concur.
The individual will contribute to solution testing, data migration activities, release management, deployment preparation and hypercare support while ensuring compliance with AstraZeneca quality and governance standards.
