• Hands‑on experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS.
• Experience with REST / GraphQL API development.
• Hands‑on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).

In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable backend systems using Java and NodeJS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performance APIs and services, integrate cloud-native technologies, and contribute to AI-driven solutions.

• Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and NodeJS

• Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs

• Implement scalable microservices architecture and pub/sub messaging using Kafka

• Integrate cloud services (AWS/GCP) into backend systems

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

• Hands‑on experience in backend development

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS

• Experience with REST / GraphQL API development

• Hands‑on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems

• Exposure to AI/ML tools like AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI

• Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, ArgoCD)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and certifications are a plus
