Job Purpose

The Lead - C&I ensures the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of C&I systems. This role oversees troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system optimization while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in C&I Engineering is essential. Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field would be advantageous. Strong academic foundation in civil engineering principles, project management, and construction methodologies is crucial.

Work Experience (Range of years)

Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in C&I engineering and construction within a large-scale industrial environment. Proven track record in managing civil infrastructure projects, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop civil engineering teams.
