Role & responsibilities

The Lead - Compensation and Benefits will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness. This role requires a proactive leader who can analyse market trends, develop innovative compensation solutions, and effectively communicate benefits offerings to employees.

1) Compensation Strategy Development

• Design and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with the overall business strategy
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary structures and pay practices across all levels of the organization.

2) Benefits Program Management

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Evaluate existing benefits offerings and recommend enhancements based on employee feedback and industry best practices.

3) Job Evaluation and Salary Structure

• Lead job evaluation processes to ensure accurate job classifications and equitable pay structures.
• Develop and maintain salary structures that reflect market competitiveness and internal equity.

4) Employee Communication and awareness

• Develop effective communication strategies to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their compensation and benefits inquiries.

5) Data Analysis and Insights

• Utilize HR analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor trends in compensation and benefits to identify opportunities for enhancement.

Preferred candidate profile

Must be Post Graduate with 7+ years experience with Asset Management , Wealth Management or consulting in relevant industry
