Job summary

Atorus Research is seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer to work remotely from anywhere in India. The role involves producing analysis outputs for clinical studies, programming tables, listings and graphs per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

You will QC datasets, develop macros, and ensure data readiness for client delivery, with hands-on expertise in SAS, R, or Python. Travel is possible for meetings as needed.

Sr Statistical Programmer remote from anywhere in India full-time or Contract

JOB OVERVIEW

The Senior Statistical Programmer is responsible for producing basic analysis displays and information from the clinical data management database and programing all tables, listings, and graphs necessary for a clinical study report in accordance with Atorus and/or sponsor standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH Guidelines and sponsor requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and/or quality control (QC) SAS datasets of clinical data from clinical databases;
• create and/or QC safety data sets;
• create efficacy datasets;
• create project specific macros and formats;
• load client data from other platforms and other software packages;
• prepare data to be sent to clients
• Mandatory skill - Hands-on experience with CDISC/SDTM/ADaM programming.
• Prepare documentation for programs Program and/or QC customized data displays, (including data listings, summary tables and routine graphics) in accordance with approved statistical analysis plan and shell displays for clinical research studies.
• Code is to be written using Base SAS programs, SAS procedures, R, or standardized macros.
• Perform data checks as needed to understand structure and content of data
• Assume responsibilities for data transfers, including documentation - Act as lead programmer for projects
• Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management
