The Impact You Will Have In This Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate in IT Change Management to facilitate the smooth implementation of changes within our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that changes are effectively planned, evaluated, authorized, and implemented with minimal disruption to business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess, prioritize, and plan proposed changes to IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive change management processes and procedures in accordance with ITIL best practices.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and dependencies associated with proposed changes.
• Facilitate change advisory board (CAB) meetings to review and approve change requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate communication and training efforts to ensure that stakeholders are informed about upcoming changes and prepared to adapt to new processes or technologies.
• Monitor and track the progress of change implementations, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the approved change plan.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and see opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a domain expert on change management processes, providing guidance and support to colleagues and customers as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.

Talents Needed For Success

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT change management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Good understanding of ITIL framework and principles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex changes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication, teamwork, and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools (ServiceNow preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, ITIL Managing Professional, or Change Management Practitioner are highly desirable.
