Job summary

VGreenTek is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to own the requirements lifecycle and align client processes with delivery teams. You will lead BA workshops, guide Senior BAs, and ensure quality across all BA deliverables in large platform builds.

The role requires 12+ years in business analysis with 4+ years leading BA teams, and a strong ability to model processes and manage stakeholders in government/workflow-heavy environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business analysis with 4+ years leading BA teams on large platform builds.
• Expert-level functional specification, user story, and acceptance criteria writing.
• Hands-on experience maintaining formal traceability matrices on contract-governed projects.
• Strong process modelling (BPMN) and workshop facilitation.
• Leadership on government or workflow-heavy platforms.
• Proven ability to align client stakeholders with delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle — elicitation, analysis, specification, validation, and change management.
• Lead requirement workshops with client stakeholders and translate outcomes into structured functional specifications.
• Direct the Senior Business Analyst(s); review and quality-assure all BA deliverables.
• Own business process alignment — ensuring platform workflows map correctly to client business processes.
• Maintain the requirements traceability matrix from business requirement through design, build, and test.
• Manage requirement change requests — impact analysis, prioritization, and formal approval routing.
• Work with the QA Lead to ensure test coverage maps to requirements.
• Support UAT planning and defect-versus-requirement adjudication.

Qualifications and certifications

• CBAP/CCBA or PMI-PBA preferred.

Nice to have

• CBAP or equivalent BA certification.
• Immigration, visa-processing, or border-control domain exposure.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder government requirement environments.
