AECOM in Maharashtra is seeking a Lead Architect with hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of architectural projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, and deliver drawings and models using Revit.

The role requires 8+ years in design and project delivery, strong leadership, knowledge of building codes, and excellent stakeholder management. Exposure to data centres, industrial facilities, fuel stations, and commercial projects is highly preferred.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and architectural design tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated project management experience with large-scale initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Support technical detailing, design development, and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Responding to RFI/Submittals.
• Understanding of Specifications & BOQ.

Job Detail for Lead Architect

Lead Architect with hands‑on experience – delivering the complete lifecycle projects. Strong expertise in Revit, proven capability in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and confidence in leading client interactions. Experience in data centres, industrial facilities, fuel stations, and commercial projects is highly preferred.

Additional Information

• Proficiency in industry‑standard design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM.
• Exposure to data center projects will be an added advantage.
• Experience working on building projects, including residential, commercial, mixed‑use, institutional, and hospitality developments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
