A leading manufacturing firm in Greater Noida seeks an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment and development of apprentices. The successful candidate will oversee policies to motivate and retain apprentices and ensure compliance with training standards and regulations. With over 10 years of core experience in selection and recruitment, you'll be crucial in facilitating high-quality training and workplace relations. This is an impactful role in a dynamic environment.
HR Establishment for AG Business Noida. Lead Apprentice Management, Lead alternate employment model B.VOC NATS & NAPS & other apprentices in accordance with the Apprentices Act and other government approved schemes to support Manufacturing operations in Noida Plant.
Primary and Secondary duties:
This position will manage and provide leadership to a support staff (on contract)
MSW/ MBA HR
10-15 years or more core experience in Selection & Recruitment of Apprentices in the plant, ER function & TPM activities
Good and sound knowledge of Industrial Law and Practices and Factory Act and Time Office Function, the time office function has data base should possess analytical and software skill Good communication skill and softspoken
Ability to interact and communicate well with Top Management, Salaried, Blue Collared, Contractual and resolve their grievances and take their inputs
