AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to anchor regional delivery for a follow-the-sun DevSecOps program. You will lead a cross-functional pod across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning, owning regional escalations and secure code reviews.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in software engineering with deep Python expertise and strong leadership. The role supports flexible remote/office work options in a regulated enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering and architecture experience with strong technical leadership or engineering management acumen.
• Deep expertise in Python.
• Experience with modern DevSecOps, Cloud Security, and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Complete technical ownership of the system’s structural integrity, performance, and security.
• Ability to provide creative direction and mentorship.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Lead a localized, cross-functional pod of engineers and data scientists, ensuring continuous feature momentum across the 24-hour cycle.
• Facilitate seamless shift hand-offs with peer SDMs in other timezones to maintain 24/7 delivery velocity.
• Oversee the technical delivery of core workstreams, including ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning.
• Act as the primary escalation point for regional technical challenges, performing secure code reviews and guiding infrastructure architecture.

ABOUT THE ROLE
