Aristocrat is seeking a Lead Animator to lead our creative team and deliver world-class gaming animations. You will collaborate with the UberWins Studio to produce flawless visuals, craft top-tier FX, and guide the animation pipeline across production cycles.

The role requires deep expertise in 2D/3D animation, a strong reel, and excellent English communication to coordinate with global teams.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in relevant computer software.
• At least 10 years of experience in a commercial art setting.
• Demo Reel Required.
• Proficiency in Aftereffects, Unity, Trapcode, Spine, 3DS Max, and Maya.
• Great attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

What You'll Do:-

• Collaborate with the UberWins Studio team to produce flawless animations for Class III games.
• Provide and integrate feedback constructively, ensuring each visual element captivates and engages players.
• Develop top-tier FX and particle animations, driving the creative excellence of our games.
• Contribute to innovative Game Animation production and promotional videos throughout the production cycle.
• Ensure consistency and maintain the quality of Animations and Promo Video build work across project teams.
• Comprehend animation briefs and feedback efficiently, conceptualizing and producing quality animations.
• Serve as a key member of a seeding team, handling animation tasks and later joining a small team to build and maintain creations.
• Responsively implement changes as directed, communicating complex animation-related issues succinctly to team members locally and remotely.
• Add customer value to all aspects of the creative production pipeline from concept to post-production.
• Provide consistent high-quality animations as briefed and directed by the Chief Concept creator and Art Director.
• Review and verify all animations supplied for the games you work on.
• Develop astonishing products and contribute to the skill development of co-workers.

What We're Looking For:-

• Highly motivated and self-organized individual with a zeal for crafting outstanding artwork.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-quality game assets that are both effective and aesthetically pleasing.
• Advanced understanding of 2D and 3D animation skills and principles.
• Skilled in essential art software and extensions (Adobe Aftereffects, Maxon Red Giant Trapcode, Esoteric Spine, 3D, Autodesk 3DS Max, Maya, and Unity).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes quickly and easily.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with the art team, technical artists, game designers, and engineers.
• Excellent file organization and adherence to established processes for asset creation, management, and output configuration.
• Responsible and flexible approach to undertaking tasks.
• Demonstrates integrity and organizational behavior.
