Genpact is seeking a Lead Analyst - Process Analytics - SCM to lead data-driven optimization across supply chain functions. You will analyze SCM data, identify inefficiencies, and drive strategies to improve inventory, costs, and service levels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and develop contingency plans to ensure supply chain continuity while staying ahead of industry trends.

Formación

• Required degrees: Bachelors in Business Analytics, CS, or Statistics; Masters in Data Science.
• Experience with supply chain analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job Description

The Supply Chain Management Lead Analyst plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the supply chain processes of the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing supply chain data, identifying inefficiencies, and developing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain operations.
