Genpact in India is seeking a Lead Analyst for Process Analytics in SCM to oversee and optimize supply chain operations. You will analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the organization.

The role requires advanced analytics, proficiency with SCM tools, and the ability to drive data-driven decisions in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degrees in Business Analytics; Bachelor's in Computer Science; Bachelor's in Statistics; Master's in Data Science.
• Strong knowledge of SCM tools and analytics.
• Experience with ERP/SAP and planning tools is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance communication throughout the supply chain

Job Description

The Supply Chain Management Lead Analyst plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the supply chain processes of the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing supply chain data, identifying inefficiencies, and developing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain operations.
