Job summary

GRAMAX in India invites a seasoned OT Cyber Security specialist to lead assessments, asset discovery, risk reviews, and remediation planning for industrial environments, aligning with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and NIST CSF.

You will deploy and support OT security solutions, integrate with enterprise SOC/SIEM, prepare reports and governance artifacts, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, and customer teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity assessments in accordance with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF, and other industry standards.
• Perform OT asset discovery, network architecture reviews, vulnerability assessments, and cybersecurity maturity assessments.
• Identify security gaps, assess cyber risks, and develop remediation roadmaps.
• Evaluate OT environments for compliance with applicable regulatory and security requirements.
• Deploy, configure, and support OT security solutions such as OT Asset Discovery, NIDS, EDR, OT Firewalls, Secure Remote Access (SRA), OT Network Monitoring, and Industrial SIEM.
• Integrate OT security tools with enterprise SOC and SIEM platforms.
• Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), pilot deployments, and production implementations.
• Analyze and secure Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, DCS, and industrial communication protocols.
• Work with OT security technologies such as Nozomi Networks, Claroty, Tenable OT, SIEM, SOAR, NAC, Firewalls, and Threat Intelligence platforms.
• Prepare assessment reports, risk registers, executive summaries, remediation plans, and technical documentation.
• Develop OT cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Support OT cyber incident investigations, threat hunting, malware analysis, and incident response activities.
• Recommend containment, eradication, and recovery strategies for OT security incidents.
• Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Gather customer requirements and recommend appropriate OT cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, customer engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior analysts, and support project execution.
