Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Analysts and Associates, ensuring the delivery of high-quality research reports and client deliverables.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to develop market research reports, white papers, and due diligence reports across global healthcare markets.
• Analyze company filings, media sources, and industry data to generate actionable insights and compelling business stories.
• Engage with clients on consulting assignments, proposals, and discussions while supporting business development initiatives.
• Contribute to team growth by participating in hiring and developing top research talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Market Research, preferably within the Healthcare domain.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and research skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on experience in forecasting and data visualization techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• A curious mindset, strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
