Job summary

Syscort Technologies seeks a Lead Alteryx Consultant to build and lead our Alteryx consulting practice, delivering end-to-end Alteryx solutions across CFO Office, Finance, Risk, Audit, Tax, and Supply Chain domains.

You will drive discovery workshops, solution design, pre-sales, and successful implementations while mentoring delivery teams and developing scalable accelerators.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience in Alteryx consulting, data analytics, automation or business transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer; experience with Alteryx Server / Cloud is preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data, ETL, analytics and process automation.
• Experience working directly with CFO/Finance, Audit, Tax, Risk, FP&A, Supply Chain or other corporate functions.
• Strong business-analysis and consulting skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in client workshops, discovery, solution design and pre-sales.
• Ability to independently conduct compelling Alteryx demonstrations and POCs.
• Experience leading delivery teams and mentoring consultants.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect technology solutions to business value and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Business Consulting: lead client discovery sessions and understand processes and transformation objectives.
• Architect end-to-end Alteryx solutions for complex business processes; define workflows and data sources.
• Pre-Sales & Demos: lead Alteryx-focused pre-sales engagements, deliver demos and POCs.
• Delivery Leadership: oversee Alteryx implementations, review architecture and ensure client adoption.
• Practice & Team Building: contribute to building Syscort's Alteryx consulting practice and mentoring.

About The Role

We are looking for a Lead Alteryx Consultant to build and lead our Alteryx consulting practice, with a strong focus on CFO Office, Finance, Risk, Audit, Tax, Supply Chain, FP&A, Reconciliation, Supply Chain and other enterprise functions.

The ideal candidate will combine business consulting, Alteryx expertise, solution design, pre-sales and delivery leadership. This role will work closely with clients and internal leadership to identify business problems, conduct discovery workshops, design solutions, demonstrate capabilities, convert opportunities and lead successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery & Business Consulting
• Lead client discovery sessions and understand business processes, pain points and transformation objectives.
• Conduct workshops with CFO, Finance, Audit, Tax, Risk, Supply Chain and other business stakeholders.
• Identify automation, analytics and process-transformation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into practical Alteryx-based solutions.
• Solution Design
• Architect end-to-end Alteryx solutions for complex business processes.
• Define workflows, data sources, integrations, automation and reporting requirements.
• Design scalable and reusable solutions and establish delivery best practices.
• Recommend the appropriate combination of Alteryx and other enterprise technologies where required.
• Pre-Sales & Demos
• Lead Alteryx-focused pre-sales engagements from qualification through solutioning.
• Develop solution proposals, estimates, statements of work and technical approaches.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Support account teams in client presentations and opportunity conversion.
• Build reusable demo assets, accelerators and industry-specific use cases.
• Delivery Leadership
• Lead Alteryx implementation and transformation projects.
• Review solution architecture, workflows and deliverables.
• Ensure quality, scalability, documentation and successful client adoption.
• Mentor consultants and support teams during complex implementations.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Practice & Team Building
• Help build and scale Syscort's Alteryx consulting practice.
• Define skills, roles, delivery methodologies and training plans.
• Participate in hiring and evaluation of Alteryx consultants.
• Develop internal capabilities, reusable frameworks and accelerators.
• Establish best practices across discovery, solutioning, delivery and support.

Ideal Candidate
