Mindstech in Delhi is seeking an experienced researcher to lead VLA and Physical AI research for autonomous robots. You will develop multimodal foundation models, visual-language reasoning, action tokenization and PEFT/LoRA pipelines using OpenVLA, Octo, PyTorch and JAX.

The role requires 7–10 years in VLA/Physical AI, multimodal foundation models and robotic learning, with expert knowledge of OpenVLA, ViT, PyTorch/JAX, PEFT/LoRA and imitation learning, and an MS/PhD in AI, CS or Robotics.
