Qualifications

Our client is looking to hire a Lead AI Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications across enterprise environments. This role is key in driving AI innovation, integrating cloud platforms, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications using .NET Core, C#, Python, and modern frameworks
• Build scalable, high-performance full-stack applications with AI capabilities
• Develop intelligent agents interacting with APIs and enterprise systems using A2A, MCP, and related techniques
• Research emerging technologies and recommend best-fit AI solutions
• Integrate applications with Azure, Google Cloud, and enterprise systems
• Develop and manage APIs for seamless integration
• Work on cloud-native architectures including containerized deployments (AKS)

Full Stack Development

• Ensure scalable, responsive, and user-friendly application design
• Maintain code quality through testing, reviews, and SDLC best practices

DevOps, Automation & MLOps

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation testing, and DevOps practices
• Use scripting tools such as PowerShell, Bash, YAML for automation
• Work with MLOps frameworks for model deployment and monitoring

Architecture & Collaboration

• Collaborate with architects on solution design and technical documentation
• Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices

Requirements

Experience & Education

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI platform development with business impact
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Computer Science, IT, or related field)

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in .NET Core, C#, Python
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Google AI services, or similar platforms
• Full-stack development experience with React.js, Node.js, TypeScript
• Strong expertise in Azure stack, AKS, API development, and DevOps
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks, agent-based development, and MLOps
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies

Soft Skills
