Job summary

Genpact seeks a Lead AI Engineer to drive end-to-end analytics delivery for healthcare clients. You will identify opportunities, propose solutions, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven outcomes.

Job Description

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics solutions for healthcare clients, from opportunity identification and proposal creation to execution and stakeholder management. You will act as a strategic thought partner, embedding analytics into client operations, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving impactful business outcomes through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Mine Analytics Opportunities, Create and Present proposals/solutions, Lead Delivery. Continuously identify and pursue opportunities to closure while bringing in thought leadership
• Conceptualize and develop solutions that are relevant to the Healthcare clients across sub-areas such as, patient analytics, marketing analytics, forecasting, omnichannel analytics etc.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and team members, providing guidance on the appropriate techniques, tools, and processes to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Work with the Client leadership team to understand their strategic objectives and craft analytical solutions aligned with their strategic goals
• Work closely with client teams to understand current operational processes, embed analytics to provide visibility and drive improvements, and actively promote the adoption of core AI-enabled analytics through exploring opportunities for including AI/ML/GenAI solutions in all the possible deliveries
• Support the team’s day-to-day work through facilitation and remove obstacles that impede the team’s efficiency
• Responsible for providing feedback and guidance to project teams
• Work and lead a delivery team that will execute the vision and provide best in class reporting and analytics
• Manage/Navigate a complex client environment and dynamics including conducting workshops with leadership teams to layout definitions and proof of value
• Work under dynamic, challenging conditions demanding to multitask

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics, consulting, or delivery roles, with an experience in a leadership position
• Strong background in commercial pharma analytics – e.g., patient analytics, HCP targeting, sales force effectiveness, omnichannel, market access, brand performance, market mix modelling etc.
• US Healthcare Analytics experience, thorough understanding of Pharmacy and Medical claims data
• Track record of managing large-scale analytics or reporting programs with cross-functional teams
• Hands on experience with Python/SQL/Power BI
• Solution oriented mindset
• Experience of developing PoV/PoC for pharma clients
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent presentations skills: ability to communicate clearly and concisely; individually or in front of a group

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches
• Effective communication and data storytelling skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications or degree in Data science, AI/ML
