Job summary

Accion Labs in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced software engineer with a strong focus on AI/Generative AI and agentic AI. The role requires deep hands-on Python expertise and production-grade AI/LLM development.

You will work with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and semantic search, and build AI Agents with LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex or equivalents. Experience in Azure/AWS/GCP and CI/CD is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with AI/GenAI experience.
• Strong Python proficiency for production-grade AI/LLM apps.
• Hands-on expertise in LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience building AI Agents and multi-agent workflows with LangChain or similar.
• Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or open-source LLMs and guardrails.
• Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud and with REST APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AI/LLM powered features and agents.
• Develop production-grade AI applications with robust evaluation and safety controls.
• Build multi-agent workflows and tool/ function calling orchestration.
• Integrate with cloud provider services and ensure scalable REST API deployments.
• Collaborate with teams to ship reliable, observable AI systems.
