Job summary

Om Tat Sat Solutions seeks an experienced Lead AI Engineer to architect and deploy enterprise AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI and LLM-based apps, on Azure AI Foundry. The role demands strong Python, NLP, and data engineering leadership in a hybrid Gurugram setup.

The candidate will drive end-to-end AI initiatives, mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders and ensure scalable, production-ready AI solutions with robust MLOps and security practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in AI/ML, Data Science or related engineering domains.
• Strong hands-on Python and SQL programming.
• Strong understanding of Classical Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Practical experience with NLP, Transformers and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry.
• Strong experience implementing RAG applications and working with vector databases.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions, with mandatory practical experience in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry.

The role requires strong Python programming skills, expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, AI application development and the ability to lead end-to-end AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related discipline. Master's/PhD preferred.

Important

Candidates must have actual hands-on implementation experience with Azure AI Foundry. Exposure to Azure OpenAI or other Azure services alone will not be considered sufficient.
