SymphonyAI Industrial seeks an accomplished Lead AI Delivery Engineer to guide AI-driven solution deployments for industrial customers globally. The role emphasizes coordinating customer requirements, leading model implementations, and delivering integrated AI platforms that combine predictive analytics, Generative AI, and agentic capabilities.

Ideal candidates will possess 8+ years in customer-facing technology delivery, deep Python expertise, and hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technology delivery, industrial software implementation, or AI project delivery.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Data Contextualization, or Data Science projects.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Assistants, MCP.
• Expertise in cloud-based AI platforms: Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Databricks.
• Data visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, and Matplotlib.
