Job summary

Fractal is seeking an experienced AI Lead to drive AI-powered automation across its Intelligent Invoice-to-Cash platform. You will design and deploy AI systems for remittance data extraction, payment-to-invoice matching, and deduction management, leading a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.

You will own enterprise-grade AI architecture, ensure explainability, and collaborate with Product, Integration, and ERP teams to achieve scalable automation and high-precision outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in NLP/LLM-based AI systems for enterprise use.
• Strong ability to extract and classify entities from unstructured data.
• Expertise in matching and reconciliation algorithms for automated processes.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI into production environments.
• Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Experience building scalable AI pipelines in SaaS/enterprise contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI architecture for invoice-to-cash workflows.

This platform includes Invoice Template Creation (Branding intelligence), Remittance Processing, Payments, AI-based Cash Application, Deduction Management, and ERP Posting. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI systems that extract financial data, match payments to invoices, identify deductions, and reduce manual exceptions. This is a high-impact leadership role shaping automation across enterprise financial workflows.
