Job summary

Capco in Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on Lead Agentic AI SDLC Engineer to design and implement a secure, governed AI software development lifecycle. This role builds AI agents that support architecture decisions, requirements, design, and delivery.

You will integrate agents with Git, CI/CD, and engineering tools, enforce least-privilege gates, and ensure end-to-end traceability from architecture decisions to code and tests. Collaboration with security and governance teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing secure, governed AI SDLC for AI systems.
• Ability to design specification-driven AI agents across the SDLC.
• Proficient in Python and enterprise languages (e.g., Java).
• Knowledge of GitOps, CI/CD, threat modeling, and least-privilege design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement specification-driven AI agents across the SDLC.

Required experience
