This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Books with expertise in Finance & Accounts. The role involves managing NBFC Books, MIS, regulatory reporting in an Indas environment, and overseeing financial functions.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts in an NBFC
• Knowledge of NBFC Books, MIS, and regulatory reporting in an IndAS environment
• CA qualification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage financial teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting, Tax, Compliance
• Head the complete Financial Accounting /Tax/Compliance
• Deep understanding of Finance, Taxation, NBFC Financial Accounting, NBFC Compliance
• RBI & Statutory Compliance adherence & establishing robust dashboards and analytics
• Understanding of RBI compliances & filing of RBI returns
• Timely compliances of TDS, GST, other statutory payments
• Preparation of all MIS, data, information for rising funding
• Preparation of financial accounts as required from time to time
• Reporting to CFO
