Job summary

Hire Today is seeking a skilled engineer to build and operate scalable LDAP-as-a-Service infrastructure. You will design services, implement protocol operations, and ensure high-availability in a cloud-native environment.

Join a team working with Go, C++, Node.js, Python, OpenLDAP and modern cloud tools like Docker, Kubernetes and AWS. You will drive distributed systems and contribute to automation, testing, and on-call incident response. Experience with TLS/STARTTLS and CI/CD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• Experience designing scalable LDAP services and replication.
• Proficient in Go, C++, Node.js, Python; working with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable LDAP services.
• Develop LDAP protocol operations including bind, search and compare.
• Build directory synchronization and replication workflows.
• Maintain high-availability LDAP infrastructure.
• Develop edge and proxy services.
• Implement TLS and STARTTLS protections.
• Build automated tests and CI/CD workflows.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work with AWS cloud services.
• Use AI coding assistants to improve development velocity.
• Debug production LDAP issues.
• Participate in code reviews and on-call support.
