GRPL India in Meerut is hiring for a Last-Mile Delivery Executive. Fresher candidates are welcome; you must own a two-wheeler and have a valid licence. The role covers Meerut city and nearby areas, with a salary up to ₹25,000 per month plus incentives.

You will collect daily manifests, verify AWB, deliver to homes and businesses, capture OTP/photo proof, and manage COD. This is a full-time role with a local roster and a weekly off.

• DL compulsory; rider should know Meerut area and lanes.

What you will do as Last-Mile Delivery Executive Hub, 12th Pass Freshers

• Designation: Delivery Associate (Delivery Boy / E-commerce Delivery Executive)
• Location: Meerut district – Meerut (250001) and Sardhana, Mawana, Modipuram, Partapur, Uttar Pradesh
• Salary: Up to INR 25,000 per month (fixed + delivery incentives, as per station policy)
• Qualification: 12th (Intermediate) pass – freshers welcome
• Vehicle: Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid driving licence
• Openings: Multiple – bulk hiring

• Collect the day’s manifest at the Meerut delivery point and verify every AWB before heading to Sardhana.
• Deliver to homes, shops and offices across Mawana, Modipuram and the Meerut city wards.
• Capture OTP / photo proof of delivery and collect COD exactly as shown in the app.
• Do reverse pickups and returns in Partapur, checking the item and packing before acceptance.

Who should apply

• Minimum Intermediate pass; first-job candidates from Meerut are encouraged to apply.
• A road-worthy two-wheeler with up-to-date papers (RC, insurance, PUC).
• Two-wheeler DL is compulsory; learner licence is not accepted.
• Working Android mobile with internet plus Aadhaar, PAN and savings account.
• Age 18–40; you should know lanes and landmarks in Sardhana, Mawana and nearby Meerut areas.

Pay and benefits

• Earn up to INR 25,000 a month including delivery incentives.
• Petrol reimbursement for the kilometres you ride across Sardhana and Mawana.
• One weekly off; morning or day shift as per the Meerut hub roster.
