The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of dermatology/aesthetic experience, strong knowledge of laser safety, and excellent patient communication. This full-time position offers growth within a clinical environment and exposure to advanced laser procedures.

Qualifications

• GNM/B.Sc Nursing or a relevant nursing qualification.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetology, laser clinic or medical aesthetics.
• Hands-on experience with laser hair reduction and preferably other aesthetic/laser procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair reduction and other approved aesthetic/laser procedures as per clinical protocols.
• Conduct client consultations and understand treatment requirements.
• Assess skin type, medical history, contraindications, and treatment suitability.
• Operate laser and aesthetic equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control protocols.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to clients.
• Monitor clients during procedures and manage minor adverse reactions appropriately.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, consent forms, and photographs.
• Assist doctors/dermatologists during clinical and aesthetic procedures when required.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safe handling of equipment.
• Follow clinic SOPs and maintain a high standard of patient experience.
• Educate clients about treatment plans, sessions, precautions, and aftercare.
