The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of model architectures to enhance performance and applicability across various natural language processing tasks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align model capabilities with project goals is also a key aspect of daily activities.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of model capabilities with business objectives and technical constraints.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with designing and tuning neural network parameters for natural language processing applications.
• Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art architectures in language modeling and their practical implementations.
• Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
