Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all Laravel development projects from inception to deployment.
• Lead and mentor the Laravel development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and define project scope.
• Allocate resources and set project timelines, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Ensure application performance, security and scalability.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the development process.
