You will set out for buildings, roads and external development works, establish benchmarks and control points, and verify boundaries and site dimensions against approved drawings, ensuring layouts meet specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographical, contour and boundary surveys.
• Carry out setting-out activities for buildings, roads, infrastructure and external development works.
• Establish and maintain benchmarks, reference points and survey control points.
• Verify land boundaries, levels, coordinates and site dimensions as per approved drawings.
• Conduct pre-construction, construction and as-built surveys.
• Ensure accuracy of layouts, levels, alignment and coordinates during project execution.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Design and Planning teams.
• Monitor and verify survey work carried out by contractors and external agencies.
• Maintain survey records, reports, drawings and measurement data.
• Identify and report discrepancies between actual site conditions and approved drawings.
