Job summary

Radiant Info Solutions in Delhi is seeking a skilled LAN Implementation Technician to join their team. You will work on exciting network infrastructure projects across India, responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining cabling systems including CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and Fiber Optic.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and the ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues. A minimum of 2-3 years in LAN implementation is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in LAN implementation and structured cabling.
• Hands-on experience with structured cabling and fiber optics.
• Strong knowledge of LAN cable testing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install and manage CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and Fiber Optic cabling.
• Perform cable termination, testing, and certification.
• Configure and terminate I/Os, Jack Panels, and Patch Panels.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare cabling BoQ.

We are seeking a skilled LAN Implementation Technician with hands‑on experience in structured cabling and network infrastructure deployment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, terminating, and maintaining CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and Fiber Optic cabling systems. The role includes rack installation, patch panel configuration, site surveys, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and maintaining project documentation. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge of LAN cabling standards, fiber optics, cable testing, and the ability to independently execute site implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and manage CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and Fiber Optic cabling.
• Perform cable termination, testing, and certification.
• Configure and terminate I/Os, Jack Panels, and Patch Panels.
• Execute professional rack installation and rack dressing.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare cabling BoQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Troubleshoot LAN cabling and connectivity issues.
• Maintain installation and testing documentation.

Required Skills:
