Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day colony operations, handling room allotments, overseeing cleanliness, safety, and basic facility maintenance, and maintaining movement and attendance records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass; higher education preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction site or labour colony supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, site team and management.
• Willingness to work on-site with flexible hours.
• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards.
