Job summary

Renvion Solutions Private Limited in Hyderabad requires a proactive Quality Manager to lead an ultra-modern environmental analysis laboratory. You will drive the lab setup, establish ISO-compliant protocols, oversee instrument calibrations, and ensure timely delivery of validated results to clients.

You will manage safety programs, liaise with regulatory authorities, maintain calibration logs, lead staff training, and nurture vendor relations to support the lab as a sustainable profit center.

Job description

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Setting up a state of the art laboratory for Environmental Analysis. This involves identifying the needs of the laboratory in terms of physical infrastructure, manpower requirements and fulfilling them in a time bound manner.

2. Timely delivery of validated results to the clients.

3. Giving disposal option for the waste to the operations department within the specified time in consultation with the project head. Keeping an updated record of the disposal option for wastes analyzed for disposal

4. Helping the operations team in landfill management. Preparing an Emergency action plan for any exigencies that may occur.

5. Interacting with the clients of HIMSW as a technical expert whenever the MBD team requires the help.

6. Identifying the environment aspects and safety hazards in the laboratory and assessment of their impacts/ risk.

7. Establishing business relations with the clientele so as to establish the lab as an independent profit center at HIMSW through third party analysis and consultancies.

8. Preparing Technical specifications for Instruments, negotiating with the vendors and assisting the management in making decisions based upon Techno Economical evaluation of each instrument. Also looks into material management aspect for the lab.

9. Establish a work protocol in accordance with the document to achieve ISO requirements.

10. Setting up Analytical Methods in accordance with FCO standards to analyze solid Waste.

11. Recruiting and Training the Personnel for Handling the Ultra-Modern lab Equipments

12. Signing authority for all lab results

13. Training Operations personnel on safety in handling and storage, disposal methods of various types of waste.

14. Liasoning with TSPCB for all legal environmental issue.

15. In house In charge of Environmental monitoring. Responsible for maintaining baseline data as against day to day monitoring date & its interpretation.

16. Liasoning with customers for consultancy business.

17. Preparing & Maintaining PCBs reports

18. Instrument Calibrations & Maintenance

19. Quality Manager of the Laboratory

20. Maintenance of Calibration logs of all Instruments from Quality / Environment / OHSAS point of view

21. Responsible for day to day functioning of the laboratory keeps track of material requirements of the laboratory and prepares indents for the approval of the manager.
