Pioneer Management Consultant Pvt Ltd in Chennai invites BE/B.Tech (Chemical) or Polymer Technology graduates to join as Lab Testing Assistant on a 9-month third-party payroll contract. Freshers encouraged. You will assist routine testing and support product applications in a busy lab.

You should have basic lab practices knowledge, good MS Office skills, and strong communication. The role emphasizes accuracy, 5S, safety, and collaboration with India/China teams.

Competenze

• BE/ B.Tech (Chemical) or Polymer Technology with 1 year of lab testing experience.
• Open for freshers.
• Basic understanding of laboratory practices and testing methods.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

• Assist in routine laboratory testing and validation activities.

Job Purpose

Support the Lab and Application Engineering team in executing routine testing, product application activities, and maintaining efficient laboratory operations. To enhance lab productivity, ensure disciplined documentation, and contribute to cross-functional and global collaboration.
