  • Expert‑level knowledge of at least one major enterprise operating system, such as RHEL, Ubuntu, AIX, or Solaris.

  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities across operating systems, filesystems, processes, system services, resource utilization, and performance issues.

  • Proven experience with OS patching, vulnerability remediation, security controls, and CIS hardening.

  • Strong knowledge of LVM, NFS, SSH, DNS, filesystem administration, package management, cron, and related Unix/Linux technologies.

  • Experience supporting 24x7 enterprise production environments, including on‑call or shift‑based operations.

  • Strong understanding and practical experience with ITIL‑based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

  • Experience leading, mentoring, and technically developing L1/L2 infrastructure teams.
