Objective

The role aims to diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware and software system through installation, upgradation and maintenance of IT peripherals.

Job Description
  • Key holder must be able to identify, diagnose and resolve Hardware, Software, Printer, Scanner and LAN related issues reported by users.
  • Provide technical assistance to the clients regarding any operating system issues.
  • He must keep himself available at on-site as per the requirements.
  • He must possess hand on experience on formatting, installing and upgrading equipment as needed
  • Addressing user requests and close the complaints/tickets on timely with customer satisfaction.
  • Update and close all the helpdesk tickets after completion of call/complaint which are assigned to him.
  • Must be able to understand the problem reported by the users before start working on any issues.
