Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering or platform operations.
• At least 3 years dedicated to VMware Tanzu (Tanzu Kubernetes Grid, Tanzu Mission Control, or Tanzu Application Service).
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes concepts (pods, services, ingress, CRDs) and container runtimes such as Docker or containerd.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tooling (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and security best practices in cloud environments.
• Experience designing highly available, scalable, and secure enterprise platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven leadership abilities - mentoring engineers, driving technical decisions, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
