Job summary

Credicus Business Services in Pune is hiring for Payment Collection - Voice Process. Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome. Salary ranges from 10,000 to 15,000 INR per month plus unlimited incentives. Basic computer knowledge is required, with Marathi and Hindi necessary and average English.

Shift is 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM with Sunday off, at Karishma Chowk, Kothrud, Pune. Attractive incentives and joining bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualification :- HSC Pass
• Basic computer knowledge required for day-to-day tasks.
• Language requirements include Marathi and Hindi with average English.

Responsibilities

• Process: Payment Collection - Voice Process.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to collect payments and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.
