Qualifications

• Proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal).
• TOPIK Level 5 or Level 6 certification preferred.
• Experience in technical translation and interpretation within manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing terminology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents, reports, presentations, SOPs, manuals, technical specifications, and business communications between Korean and English.
• Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, discussions, training sessions, audits, and plant visits.
• Facilitate communication between Korean management and local manufacturing teams.
• Support production, quality, engineering, procurement, and operations teams by translating technical information accurately.
• Assist Korean expatriates and visiting stakeholders in day-to-day business interactions.
• Review translated content to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and context relevance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand technical terminology and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and documents.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and communication materials in both Korean and English.
• Support business projects requiring Korean language expertise and cultural liaison.
