Job summary

Corporate Stalwarts seeks a Interior Design professional with 2–3 years of experience to manage customer experiences, co-create designs, and perform on-site measurements for residential interiors.

You will guide customers on materials, create 3D designs, generate leads with architects, visit homes, prepare estimates, and coordinate through to order closure, while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Essential: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Excel; strong design conceptualization for residential interiors.
• Good communication and writing skills; ability to sketch detailed drawings.
• Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline; Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Bachelors in Architecture; Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Bachelors in Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Handle Store Walk-ins: understand requirements, co-create designs with customers, guide material/product selection.
• Create designs in 3D software; build relationships with architects/interior designers for lead generation.
• Visit customer homes for site inspection; take measurements and ensure timely order booking and collection.
• Lead generation through relationships with architects and interior designers; ensure timely closure of orders and sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints; obtain completion certificates; be willing to go on-site for measurements; ensure compliance with policies.

Job description

1)Customerexperience delivery and management

• 1) Handlestore walk-ins - Understand customer requirement & co-create designs withcustomers. Guide customers on material, product, and accessories selection.
• 2) Ensuretimely closure of designing with customers as per sales process. Createestimates & follow up with customers.
• 3) Visitcustomer homes for inspection of site jobs.

• 1) Leadgeneration through architects and interior designers by relationship building.
• 2) Createdesigns in 3D software and AutoCAD.
• 3) Ensuretimely order booking, collections.
• 4) Closeorders and achieve desired sales targets.

3)Relationship management

• 1) Resolvecustomer complaints by coordinating with all stakeholders.
• 2) Takecompletion certificate signoffs from customers.
• 4) Requiredto go on site for taking Measurement.

4)ComplianceManagement

• 1) Workas per defined policies and procedures.
• Should be comfortableworking on weekends (Sats & Suns)

Requirements

Qualifications Required: Graduate in any discipline / Degree/Diplomain Interior Designer/Bachelors in Architecture

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
