Job Description :

Role Description:

• As a Kinaxis Solution Architect, you are required to provide technical and thought leadership to help customers realize these transformation goals.
• You will be a critical link between the project delivery team and customer stakeholders who need to thoroughly understand the customer’s technology footprint, future roadmap, business enablement plans, and create the best possible path for implementing Kinaxis.
• Validate the solution and ensure it meets business requirements and is in line with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Master competency in SCM planning (end-to-end) architecture along with proven expertise in Kinaxis – RapidResponse.
• Create the blueprint (solution footprint) and formulate business models in the supply chain platform using key principles of planning, optimization, collaboration, and visibility.
• Perform requirements analysis, discovery, and gap analysis for Kinaxis Rapid Response functionalities.
• Lead the blueprint for Rapid Response solution focusing on L1 to L5 level processes.
• Conduct business workshops and lead client discussions.
• Perform data readiness assessment, understand data cleansing & transformation rules, and ensure successful implementation of Rapid Response.
• Ensure configuration of Rapid Response analytics and customizations support the client’s to-be processes.
• Perform data harmonization across different ERP source systems integrated with Rapid Response.
• Strong functional knowledge and experience in Rapid Response applications: Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), DRP, MPS, MEIO, S&OP.
• Convert functional specifications into scalable, maintainable solution designs by writing, reviewing, and validating technical specifications.
• Foster business relationships with key customer contacts and provide technical expertise to stakeholders.
• Act as a Cost Advisor, review environment capacity and sizing, and provide insights into optimization opportunities.
• Define & deliver enhancements/features that scale to peak volumes without compromising SLAs.
• Assist customers with change management activities, ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables, and participate in daily interactions with clients and team members.
• Provide advice to customers and Deployment & Operate Teams regarding industry best practices and process methodologies.

Desired Experience:

• 12+ Years of Supply Chain Planning experience on transformation projects and 7+ years in Kinaxis Rapid Response implementations.
• Leading development teams in complex supply-chain delivery projects through all project stages, with 10+ years of relevant experience in business consulting and technology-enabled transformation programs.
• Knowledge of functional supply chain capabilities such as ERP/MRP, APS, S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, and planning activities with distributors and manufacturers.
• Understanding of the solution development lifecycle, including requirements definition, functional specifications review, testing, training, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, control settings, and data models in Kinaxis.
• Experience in training business users on Kinaxis Rapid Response applications and processes.
• Hands-on experience as a configuration and modeling lead.
• Collaborate with Integration Lead to ensure successful data migration from ERP sources to Kinaxis and vice versa.
