Job description

Key Experience and Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse (at least 1-2 Full Implementation Cycles or extensive experience managing support/enhancements).
• Knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse scripting, forms, dashboards, scorecards, and automation chains, including macros, embedded algorithms, and task flow.
• Deep functional experience in supply chain processes, including S&OP, Demand-Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Production Planning.
• Strong technical understanding of the Kinaxis solution, including authoring, system configuration, and designing resources such as workbooks, alerts, metrics, dashboards, scorecards, forms, and scripts.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Managing and mentoring junior developers, conducting quality reviews of developed functionality, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Certifications: Kinaxis Author Level 2/3, Solution Consultant 1.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands‑on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning and execution processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and their integration with Kinaxis.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and analytics is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
