Job summary

Alfa Laval in Pune is seeking a Sourcing Key User for the Industrial Module Manufacturing (D365) to become the factory expert, map local sourcing processes to global standards and drive the site rollout. You will define and test business scenarios in D365, support and train local users, and coordinate activities across sites, ensuring the OneERP framework is followed and local rules are respected.

The position / About the Job:

Sourcing Key User - Industrial Module Manufacturing - D365

• Will become the factory's experts in D365 for Sourcing function.
• Understands the track processes
• Might cover several tracks
• Ensures that local processes fit the global processes
• Will be hands-on in the site roll-out
• Defines and tests business scenarios in their track(s)
• Supports and trains local users in D365

As a Sourcing Key User and Data Migration

• Drives the local data cleansing in the legacy system (Movex)
• Ensures all items in scope are marked and categorized in the legacy system
• Extracts data in scope from the legacy system
• Ensures coherence in the data extracts

As a Sourcing Key User after Go Live

• Coordinates track activities across sites
• Governs' and implements new processes after deployment
• Super-user / point of contact for the processes after the site has gone live

As a Local Process Owner

• Interface group to the Local Steering Committee
• Owners of the business / sourcing process scenarios for the track and responsible for the business scenario scope
• Responsible for testing that the solution is acceptable
• Responsible for local processes to fit OneERP Standard and local legal requirements
• Responsible for securing that locally owned gaps are closed
• Support end users in the change management
• Responsible for the process / function benefit realisation post roll-out

Skills:

• Domain Knowledge :- Have a deep understanding of the business processes and best practice in the specific functional area
• Communication & Collaboration Skills :- Be able to train and guide others and bridge gaps between D365 experts and end-users
• Leadership & Influence:- Advocate for D365 within their teams and influence colleagues positively, analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions
• Technical Proficiency:- Become proficient in using D365. They will be the first support level and need to be fairly IT proficient
• Continuous Learning:- Role continues after go-live, thus a desire to continuous improvement the solution locally is needed
• Attention to detail:- Key users will configure system settings, define security roles and test functionality

• Program Management: Exposure to small / medium / large scale program implementation is preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
• Change Management: Experience and understanding of how to drive and manage organizational change related to IT transformation, with a focus on minimizing resistance and maximizing adoption

Experience:

• Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, methodologies and tools with 5 + years experience
• Digitally proficient - Comfortable working with IT systems and tools
• A confident communicator who can train local staff effectively
• Stakeholder Management & Project Coordination
• Strong Functional Experience in leading and managing the operational procurement activities.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Awareness or exposure to D 365 or any other ERP implementation will be preferred.
